If Guests could talk then one of the big factors of actually making an account would be taken away. The two biggest reasons people go from Guest to account is for the chat, and for a currency to be able to buy things for the games they're playing. If one of them was removed, Guests would be more common, and that brings me on to the next reason...
Guests cannot be moderated. If there were more people being Guests, and these Guests could talk, they could say anything they want without a problem. Things me and you would get banned for.
A lot of exploiting is done using the chat as well, and Guests kind of can't get banned. |
