Before I start thanks for taking the time to read this, because it is VERY important to know the rules of this series before getting into the racing and events of the series. Rules are very strict, basically break one and you pay the consequences you should be old enough to not rage,cry or whine about the calls made.

PART ONE - Main Team On Track Rules

NNAPCS Track Rules are different from any other league, its strict and there are quite a bit of them. So Lets dive right in.
- Spotters, Chat or Skype for Spotting (Mandatory)
- Crew Chiefs, Drivers don't have to have one but its an good Idea Too. They will perform pit stops for your car. To Pit they have to touch all 4 tires and say 1 and then fuel up to they have to say 1234. so basically 8 second stop.
- Pit Crew cannot leave box, if so drive threw penalty for driver.
- No Passing under the yellow line ONLY effective on Superspeedways. No Cutting is effective for ALL tracks.
- Pit Windows. Just like any other series will be set during the race.
- Speeding on Pit Road.. Seriously Pit Speed is 50 mph. No Pit Speed Limiter in this series.
- Races are always under 130 laps.

PART TWO - New Things & Other Things
- We have an Pit Crew that can be edited.
- Cars are old NDETH'S Templates.
- You may only have 4 Schemes. Main, Secondary, Thirdenary & Special.
- Full Race Weekend. Sometimes Races are on 1 day sometimes depending if I feel like it
- Race Control have members those members are - Owner, Flagman, Officials.
