-Different uniform for the Stormboy Korps (I think this is already happening, but just as a reminder, it's here)
-Special Orks could have an enlarged size at the Hold and get more health for one life (meaning they are an easier target with more health) [credit to awesomerobloxme]
-Having special callouts that only the Orks would know [credit to Pectrial]
-Have some kind of leveling system at the Hold to add to the fun of blood shedding the 'umiez there
