Undercover Moderators

So one person brang this up in Off Topic and I wanted to bring it up here. Pretty much, you guys can hire volunteer mods, except they have no admin badge or anything. I was thinking that you could hire about 40 undercover mods per subforum, give or take a few depending on how active the subforum is. Then, the undercover moderators can ban for a max of 1 day, but they need to send proof to an actual moderator. If they fail to do this, they get their privileges provoked. If the undercover mods feel as if the ban should be more severe, they need to tell an actual moderator so they can handle the situation appropriately. I hope this idea gets taken into consideration while you are brushing through all the troll/spam threads you constantly see on ROBLOX.

@redsnuffet I remember that a game I went on used to have volunteer moderators. Don't remember if it was Roblox or if it was another game, but the system worked. The actual moderators would pluck outstanding community members, give them relatively thorough testing and release them on trial periods. If they proved to work well, they'd be given some actual privileges. Nowhere near what an actual moderator would get, but enough to get a temporary job done until an actual moderator could get involved. The system worked for everyone. The place was a lot more secure, things got done faster and trolls were far less frequent.

great idea, it's really annoying to see a lot of ODers in games and actually take these into player hands to ban these types of behaviors that are really annoying

This would be quite nice. I think there should be a few hundred that go on random games and pretend to play but they are actually trying to see if you are breaking rules. But, the undercover mods should NOT be payed and it should be voluntarily. So, support.
