1. Check if in-game sound is muted or set to a low leveled setting, then set it to 100%.
2. If 1 doesn't solve it, check if your system volume is muted or set to a low leveled setting, then set it to 75%.
3. If 2 doesn't solve it, right click on the volume icon and click on "Playback Devices". Then right click on the default speakers and click on "Test". If sound is played, then it's an issue with ROBLOX, if no sound is played then it's an issue with your system speakers.
4. If it's an issue with your system speakers then continue with these steps... right click on your default speakers and click on "Properties". Then go to the "Advanced" tab and click "Restore Defaults", and then click "Apply". Once finished, click on "Test", and if sound is played back, it was bit incompatibility.
5. If bit incompatibility isn't the issue read on... start "service.msc" via. Run Box, then find "Windows Audio", and restart it's service. Once restarted, test the audio by playing audio.
6. If this doesn't fix the issue either, then try to update your sound card.
7. If that doesn't fix the issue, consult to your manufacturer for assistance.
