Please, learn to describe what your hat ideas would look like. They couldn't make an uber hat of uber because "uber" doesn't look like anything, it describes something. Also, about pages 2 and 3, those were from 2007. That's why the hats have already been made. The black football helmet and red top hat came from this thread as well.
RV320, MelonBrick, those designs are all copyrighted, although for the toad hat, you could just call it the Mushroom Helm or something strange like that and keep any associations with the Mario games (except an "eerie" similarity) out of the hat. For the blimp, not every blimp has to be marked with Goodyear. I'm pretty sure I know how they'd do the blimp.
Now, for my hat idea (thanks to a friend at school being a complete idiot):
The Cheese Helm of Dairy - let the admins decide the price - This hat is so strong, it can induce constipation in your enemies.
*Something like the kaiser helm or viking helmet but with the texture of the cheese hat. Yayz.* |

Lol, reminds me of LoZ: Parody of Time. As long as you don't say TDI or Total Drama Island in the description of the hat, you're fine. More than likely, the chicken hat design wasn't copyrighted.
