at least when i hosted raids id write down who i dismissed so they could attend my next raid, its about equal opportunity |

If one HR dismisses a LR in one raid then another HR hosts a raid, how would he know who that other HR dismissed?

so i honestly have to ask did you actually get upset and leave over me dismissing you from the vs raid....multiple people were dismissed to get it official, not just you.
plus, i asked you multiple times nicely to leave and the first time you said "no" and the rest you either ignored me or just weren't watching the chat until you eventually eesponded but started spamming which ended up in you getting kicked.
pretty much everyone has been dismissed from a raid, either once or multiple times. it's nothing personal and you shouldn't take it that way. you being dismissed had nothing to do with you being a low rank or not being wolf squad. there were low ranks and non ws that were still there.
also, you need to stop caring so much about your rank. your main motive in a group should NOT be to rank up. also, maybe FCC might consider starting a vanguard vote for you if you stopped asking for it/complaining about it so often.

i don't care if he has that goal of ranking up, or if anyone does. that's all fine and good.
but that goal should not be your primary objective, and should NOT effect you so much that you quit the clan (unless you were treated poorly and permanently demoted for an idiotic reason, then your leaving might be justified).
we are not obligated to promote anyone or start any sort of vote for anyone. ranks are earned and we are not required to give them to people; ESPECIALLY if those people are CONSTANTLY complaining about their rank on the wall for everyone to see. |
