we need to stop the scams in the comment section, and i feel that disabling commenting until the player plays the game for a certain amount of time(not just a joining and leaving right after) would be a good idea.

Support, but make the playtime required 5 minutes. This will reduce the amount of impatient spammers spamming, but will also reduce the amount of legit people warning others about misleading game.

Make that 5 minutes. It'd be easier to prevent someone for just joining a game for 20 seconds and disliking just because and spamming. (Happened to me).
