Just by joining the ACC, you've opened yourself up to many opportunities and options to choose from. A great way is to regularly join or meet with coaches. Another great way is to message coaches telling them your positions. [BECOMING A COACH]: To become a Head Coach, there must be a spot open. You must then send your resume to the Commissioner. Being a trusted player or board member definitely helps your case. You could also become an Assistant Coach, whom is chosen by the Head Coach, which also gives you abilities to control the team as well. Head Coaches can hire up to 5 assistant coaches [Make sure you're mature in the application. Cockiness, ect will not be accepted.] [BECOMING A REFEREE] -History of reffing -What type of ref you'd like to be(we have the 7 positions like the real NFL) -Signature at the bottom saying you'll be clean whole game [Make sure you're mature in the application. Cockiness, ect will not be accepted.] ★Free Agency and Draft Information★ Every offseason, there will be a F/A Combine, Rookie Combine, and a Draft. The F/A Combine is available for anyone that has recently been on an NFL team to be noticed and get signed. The Rookie Combine is available to anyone new to the league, and which are available to be drafted. This event will help rookies get a fresh look into the league. NFL Assistant Coaches or higher may sign, drop, and trade players for their team. To sign a player, a AC+ may post a offer on the league wall and the player has to accept on the league wall. The Head Coach can also veto/reverse any action made by the Assistant Coaches, as long as it is within 24 hours. ★Player Terms and Conditions★ Upon joining a team either as a player, you will not be able to join or tryout for any other NFL team. You will not be able to play for other teams while participating in one already. You are limited to only one NFL team. If you would like to join a different NFL team, you can ask the Head Coach of your team to release you. If the Head Coach agrees, he will release you on the wall. From there, the player can sign with any team who offers the player a position. If the Head Coach denies the player to leave the team, the player must stay on the team. If the player really would like to leave the team, the player can appeal to the Commissioner and he will either approve or deny the appeal. If approved, the player will be removed from the team and placed on the “Free Agent” ranking. The following methods of leaving a team will not be allowed and will result in a suspension whose length will be determined by the Commissioner (The suspension will be terminated if the act is undone): Method One: Fake Retiring: If a player leaves a team, the player may not join another team for a minimum of one seasons. Method Two: Resigning: If a player resigns from the league altogether, the player will not be able to rejoin a team for a minimum of one league seasons. ★Coach Terms and Conditions★ -NFL- Coaches don't really follow the same policy as players do; if they leave in the middle of a season, they are automatically put on the "Free Agent" ranking. The only way for a Head Coach to leave a team without being stuck on it for the rest of the season, would be to send a letter of resignation to the Commissioner which will be denied or approved. ★Game Day Requirements★ If a team does not have atleast 7 players during the day of a game the team will automatically forfeit the game. If a team uses players that are suspended or are not on their team they will automatically forfeit unless said so by the Commissioner. It may also be noted that on gameday, no trades may be made until 12:00 AM EST (midnight). The only ways a game can be postponed are if the Commissioner decides to postpone the game. The game can also be changed to a different time rather then the scheduled start time if both teams agree on a different time. ★Trades★ Two teams can choose to trade players between one another. The trade deadline will start at the beginning of Week 6 of that season. ★Regular Season Scheduling★ There will be 8 Weeks in a Regular Season of NFL. 3 Division games, 3 In-Conference games, and 1 Out Of-Conference game. ★Playoff Seeding★ The -NFL- Playoff Seeding is the same as the real NFL seeding. Each division winner will automatically be in and there will be 2 wild cards for each conference. ★Playoff Tiebreakers★ If there should be a tie between teams in the playoffs, the following will decide which team will get into the playoffs: 1. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference. (ex. Team 1: 4-3 Team 2: 5-2 | Team 2 is ahead of Team 1) 2. Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs). (ex. Team 1: Beat Team 2 once | Team 1 is ahead of Team 2) 3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games. (ex. Team 1: Beat Teams 3, 4, 6 Team 2: Beat Team 3, 4, Lost to Team 6| Team 1 is ahead of Team 2)if this where to happen we would actually use weeks 3,4,and 6 to see if there is a tiebreaker. If all else fails, the Commissioner will decide with aid of the Deputy Commissioners. ★Admin Members★ Referees will manage the game aspect of the league. You can see a list of all the game rules further down. The Deputy are admins that help the league as a whole and lead the respected Conferences. If the Deputy Commissioners "AA's" please report it to the Commissioner. Deputy Commissioners are the Commissioners right hand man(s). They are like a Commissioner, but with less power and can be overruled by the Commissioner. The Commissioner shall own every team’s group. He shall choose a maximum of two Deputy Commissioners to help him. One will lead the AFC, the other, the NFC. Any questions you have should be directed to the Commissioner. ★Use Of Admin★ The use of admin should be for helpful purposes. There is NO tolerance for abusing your admin rights. Doing so will lead to demotion, and possible suspension/exile. ★Player Age Requirement★ Players in the NFL must be atleast 100 days old. If they are under, they must prove that they are not an alt. For example, x back, add/remove points, etc. 7. Tails, Swordpacks, Wings, Picture frames, and any package that changes it to where you can't see your jersey is prohibited. If any player has any of these on, tell them to change or else they must be taken out of the game. 8. Anything that affects gameplay externally (such as macros, hacks, exploits, etc.) are banned and any player who creates this act will be banned from the game and suspended. 9. If a player trolls in-game (such as turning the ball over, hiking the ball without permission, etc.), the ball is x'ed back (if turnover) or the yards are regained. That specific player is then suspended for the remainder of the season 10. Dunking behind the LoS (Line of Scrimmage) before the ball is thrown is banned, doing so results in a -5 yard penalty. 11. Doing anything as to cheat the system, such as backspacing the ball oob during a kickoff to gain extra yards, or anything of that sort is prohibited. If an illegal kick happens, the offense is moved back to the 20. 12. On a kickoff, the kicking team MUST kick the ball behind the 30 yard line. If the ball goes out of bounds without touching inbounds, the ball will be placed at the 40 yard line. If it touches the back and goes out, it will be a touchback. Onside kicks are allowed. Laterals are illegal. 22. Field Goals can ONLY be attempted during 4th down (unless an end-of-game situation) and the LOS must be AT LEAST on the 40 yard line. If the kicker moves, the play will result in a Turnover on Downs. 23. The kick must pass the 50 yard line. If it fails to do so, the ball will be placed at the 40 yard line. The receiving team may lineup at the 35 yard line, with the ball kicked from the 30. Before the kickoff, the receiving team must be warned of the onside kick. Failure of warning is a 5 yard penalty and a redo. ★Miscellaneous★ Numerical values of this rulebook may be changed as the league grows or shrinks. ★DISCLAIMER★ Anything written above may be changed at any time.
