Hello, This guide will teach you how to run a perfect Interview session for M.A Café!
Step 1: Shout that interviews will be hosted, by saying... Interviews | On now! Hosted by (Your name)
Step 2: Make sure the server is UNlocked and then wait for 10-15 minutes for players to join the server and make sure they all are seated in the correct seating. (The colourful sofa's)
Step 3: Lock the server, and then shout Interviews | Locked.
Step 4: Go around each person wanting a interview and do a safechat test, By asking them to say "SW4U" If they do not answer within 40 seconds then kick them.
Step 5: Go around each person wanting a interview and do a grammar test, simply ask them a simple sentence and ask them to correct your sentence with perfect grammar. If they do not answer your sentence in 40 seconds or the person has not got good enough grammar then you may kick them.
Step 6: Pick a RANDOM person and take them to a interview room to begin interviewing them. Because of the way the seats are laid out there will not be a numbering system.
Step 7: Once you both are seated and are ready to begin the interview then please ask the person these interview questions (As seen below)
[1] How did you find M.A Café?
[2] What made you want to apply for a job at M.A Café?
[3] Do you have any experience in café or restaurant like business's? If so name them.
[4] If you could describe yourself in one word, what word would that be? And why?
[5] Have you ever used Café like machines or technology?
[6] What are your goals in working with M.A Café?
[7] What could you do to improve M.A Café?
Step 8: After interviewing the person determine if they pass or fail, or they fail then please kick them.
Step 9: If the person passed please send them to the Redish looking seats (NOT THE SOFAS) And tell them to stay there. Also make sure you named the person |Passed|
Step 10: Once all names have been written down please dismiss them and send the names to a Chief Staff Officer + Who will be happy to rank them.
Step 11: Leave the server and shout, Interviews | Over.
