Kingdoms is probably the biggest, most well known Mutil ISRP ever made and I'm not just saying that because I made it. Pretty much it's a ISRP but the other players can effect the world your in.

Because everyone has a different thread and doesn't have to rely on their fellow roleplayers for the plot to move

Thus affecting the other players (2,3,4,5, etc) ISRPs and how they deal with it. ISRPs are meant to be a 1 on 1 but they can be based in the same game world with the other players. The virus affects the players roleplay but its how the deal with the virus. Or that's how I think about it.
