Lets begin down here with the basics, sort of everything needed to know in one big pile.
A meeting is what a gathering is called, when the horses and players race and betting happens, when a server is started and serious stuff happens. At these meetings admin and tool abuse is not allowed, and if you wish to have a court session, you must pm me the details and wait until after the meeting. Trolls, glitchers or people who refuse to pay to get in and take up server space will be kicked, possibly banned and any staff that do not do their job correctly will be taken to court after and possibly fired. A minimum of 2 workers, 4 police, 5 jockeys, and 3 managers/bigger managers/main managers are required to begin a meeting. It must be organized 1 week before, giving time for staff to apply to work, and for arrangements to be made. Any arguments will be sorted out by police and court will be put in motion. Anyone who breaks the rules will be put in prison, if they reset, they will be jailed in prison, if they rejoin, they will be kicked. These jails will be noted down. If anyone wishes to buy a pitch or ad in the time of a meeting they will have to pm me and wait. If any bookmakers are reported for scamming, they will appear in court unless not enough evidence is given, although if available, a police officer will be stationed there for a while. If anyone goes into the member only club who is not a member they will be removed. If the server gets full and another one is created, a manager will go to the new server and sort out a mini meeting.
Ok,so that is now done, now this bit is about how to apply to work
When a meeting is organized, there will be limited positions open, so because of this staff will have to apply to work there at the given time. If they apply and are accepted but do not show, they will be suspended from the next meeting. There will be 2 spaces for reserve staff, staff who come along and get paid if one of the working staff is not there or available to work. Any other staff that come unannounced will be known as free staff, they will not be paid as they did not apply or announce themselves so they can do their job or bet like other non staff on the horses. To apply to work at the meeting there will be a forum.
Finally, about the 'Mini Meetings'
These occur when a normal meeting is going on, but then the server gets full so a new one is created. A manager from the main meeting will go to this one with a few reserve or free jockeys, police and workers and start a new server there. There may only be 1, 2 or 3 races instead of 5 on this mini meeting and still try and get some people to join the group and make some profit. The reserve staff will be paid but the free staff will not, as mini meetings are not planned, however, this could change in the future.
