Roblox won't work!

When I go to install roblox,the whole 'downloading' thing doesn't come up and when I click the file it says 'Roblox is loading,get ready to play!' and then opens up a new tab which is ROBLOX games. I go to play another game thinking it's fixed but the whole thing starts all over again and I can't play roblox!It then randomly fixes itself a while later,but a few days later it does it again!Someone PLEASE tell me how to fix this for good,I've done some searching but nobody seems to have the same issue.Someone told me to uninstall everything ROBLOX (the launcher and studio) but when I do that and go to install ROBLOX again it says something along the lines of: 'ERROR:Roblox-not found'or something similar to that.I thought it was a bug,but nobody is complaining and roblox isn't doing anything to fix it.I recently upgraded to Windows 10 but while I still had Windows 8 it was also happening.I need a reply as fast as possible please! :(

Hello i have a fix for this: Get google chrome when i upgraded from internet explorer to google chrome it worked so get google chrome and it should work heres the download link: https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/
