Cause the park has become a nesting place for wasps. And they didn't even block it off they only have 3 signs that Don't Enter. What if some idiot kid comes in and can't read. He'll probably get stung by a bunch of wasps. I'm not just talking about regular sized wasps. These things have HUGE stingers.
