1. Re Add the Head Eb Rank, also add a head ref rank 2. Get better head coaches, coaches who have experience in winning, not just coaching experience 3. Let coaches be able to change game times as long as both coaches agree before a certain date. 4. Recreate the nfl website, dont allow hcs to get cc+ 5. Hire a nfl media to record games, record stats and highlights. 6. Equalize divisions based off of hcs (i.e. You know ejected will have a winning season, and u know if york hcs he will have a good season, seperate them so they are in different divisions. Dont let 4 good hcs in 1 division while 4 bad hcs are in the other division because coaches are the main reason a team does well or not. 7. Give EB's power to take comments off the wall to prevent wall flame, however if EB abuses this power then he/she will be demoted. 8. Limit the ammount of ebs to a team. (I.e. The patriots had at one point 5 EB's and a C while the lions and dolphins didn't even have 1 admin) maybe make the limit of admins to a team 3 or something. 9. Let the EB's plus get nomination slips where they nominate players to go into award voting. That way theres more input and hopefully more deserving players are put in award voting.

look back at every time we tried to add teams s2 took 72 years to even get past week 4 s3 was eh s4 2 teams were removed s4 functioned great and we should keep the teams, at most just change the name
