New privacy settings option: people in your group

SHORT A new privacy settings option that lets you allow messages, parties, chats, following, etc. for certain group members above a specific rank. LONG With the current privacy settings, we are generally limited to four options. When I get message-spammed by bots and recruiter accounts, the only option I have is to raise my privacy settings. It's easy and effective for me, but it's not effective for group owners and/or managers. Some groups value communication and group owners and/or managers keep their private message privacy settings open so people can message them if they have a question. However, when these bots attack, raising privacy settings isn't beneficial to that image. I propose a new privacy setting option called, "group members." This new privacy setting can allow members from your primary group or clan to message you. To reduce spam, you can set the minimum rank the user is required to be in order to message you. This way, when bots attack, members of your group can still contact you via message.
