Bayonet rule = With a bayonet attached, reload only by command; Without a bayonet attached, reload at will
Shoulder Arms: [F] To carry the weapon over your shoulder
Port Arms: [N] To carry the weapon in your arms
Make Ready: [V] To prepare to fire with your musket
Present: [V] Press V after Make Ready to present your musket
Ground Arms: [T] To place the weapon on the ground
Support Arms: [G] Used on prolonged marches as to not tire the soldiers
Charge Bayonets: [E] Jabs the musket forward (with bayonet attached)
Swipe Bayonets: [X] To whack the enemy with your musket (with bayonet attached)
Take Aim / Aim: [Q] To aim down sights with the musket

Volley Fire - Soldiers will all fire at the same time
Ripple Fire - Soldiers will fire one by one, from the side chosen by the commanding officer

Form (no.) ranks! - The evens of the line will move back with both lines then straightening up
Square formation - Units will form a square around an officer or just a square, this is used to defend against calvary. The commands for square formation are “Prepare to form square! Form, square!”
Arrowhead formation - Units will form an “arrowhead” on the centre man or the commanding officer. The commands for Arrowhead formation are “Prepare to form Arrowhead! Form, Arrowhead!”
Fire and advance - First rank will present, fire, and reload; Second rank will advance 3 paces in front of first rank, present fire, and reload

Fusilier through Stabsfeldwebel will be called by his or her rank
Fahnrich through Kommandant von Osterreich will be called “Sir” or “Ma’am” depending on his or her gender
The Kaiser will be referred to simply as “Vater" or "Kaiser"
