Hello Agent, this is an official IA document and it will explain our Agency’s primary rules and regulations, moreover it will go through all the basics you need to know. It is advised that you read this carefully otherwise you may not fully understand the system and that would lead you to possibly getting the wrong idea of how things work and also end up asking unnecessary questions.
Each tier applies to every account of the agent, no matter where it is used. Therefore, be it on a site or on another place part of the SCP universe, you are requested to respect all 3 tiers of regulations without exceptions.

► [Tier 1 Rules]
Exploiting: The use of any type of exploit will lead to an instant ban on all sites as well as termination within the foundation and its departments.
Treason: Aiding enemy groups (e.g: Chaos Insurgency ) by sharing information and/or even assisting them physically is completely forbidden.
Childish Behaviour: Any situations that fall under the name of "childish behaviour" will be punished as needed. (e.g: disobeying orders, flaming, raging, etc.)
Leaking: Mentioning IA-related matters in public and/or sharing them with personnel that doesn't have the clearance to involve will lead to termination. Remember, we do not exist.

Unnecessary use of special accounts: All Agents MUST use the special ports ONLY when NEEDED. Each port will be explained later on in this guide.
Showing up in public using side accounts: Agents must NEVER EVER show up in a public game using their side account (Live Agent account).
High Rank Impersonation: Pretending to be a higher rank will lead to on-spot termination.
Team Killing: The action of killing another worker of the Foundation will be punished immediatly.
Rude Behaviour: Excessive use of swearing or profanity towards ANY FOUNDATION personnel or any other rude behaviour is not allowed.

Faces: Every personnel must refrain from using faces (e.g: D: , :) , xD , etc)
Grammar: Using Grammar is a must-do no matter the situation. The use of "words" like "plox", "bae", "chu", etc. is forbidden.

► [Punishments for breaking regulations]
Tier 1: Depending on the case, punishments for breaking one or more rules of the first tier vary from Foundation-wide or Agency Termination to Foundation/Agency Demotions.
Tier 2: By breaking a Tier 2 rule you will suffer a demotion within the Agency or, if needed, within the Foundation.
Tier 3: The rules presented in the third tier end up with warnings upon breaking. The HR that warned the respective personnel can decide after how many warnings a demotion should be given.
