He is simply trying to declare an auto-win, or gain members who hate FEAR after the war starts, and hope that those members stay even after they lose. |

Just noticed TKE just copied FEAR ranks, the only changes, 3 ranks just have "Lieutenant" and "Sergeant" infront of the rank name. |
