I don't know how many times I've said that we have rules that must be followed.
When you show up to a training in an officer uniform when you're a novice like captain26 did, is that not against the rules?
When you make training hard and distracting by trolling around and acting stupid, does that set a good example?
Korte, you did not only show up to the training, it would have been better if you didn't show up at all.

i understand were you are coming from, but I literally said 6 different words that training, sure it wasnt the most serious and it wasnt participating in the roleplay.
the most 'immature' thing I did in that training was a /e wave, which isnt really immature its just out of the roleplay.
i understand the whole uniform thing, I was wearing centurion because it was already made an outfit and i simply didnt want to change it.
other than that, I know whatever was told to you by Lunyan was 90% exaggerated.
She will continue to be a corrupt member of the officer corps. she was just fishing for a reason to get me exiled. anything I did do was not confronted with a warning, which to be honest didnt even deserve a warning. |

raiding is a lot of fun in my opinion, trainings at holos and coronas dont exactly better people, but its more for the roleplay and activity of the clan |

I honestly don't know what triggered you into thinking I was acting awful.
I got like 3 messages that were confused asking what I even did.
Either way, good luck in making TGI good, but If you were there on an alt and have eyes. You would know that I personally didn't deserve an exile. If anything just told "Hey Korte quit being silly" |

Combat exercises at different maps improve skill. Which is why I like Arcadium.
I agree, standing in line a lot and doing gladiator rounds and obbys is not very productive. Combat, is.
TGI is making a comeback to restore traditional clan gameplay into the clan world. And to do that, we have to return to our roots, which is professionalism. Not VAK level, but at least some level.

And just a tip for something to move on to prevent anyone even acting silly, or help your want of professionalism.
A majority of officers have not built the respect for themselves. The respect that makes people quiet and act well at the training without say. Through the few times I was messing around, I noticed the officers didn't have the backbone to even say a word about whatever was going on.
The professionalism needs to be fixed in the officer corps before changes can be made to the fighter ranks. |
