i mean these things happen every couple months or so so honestly no lol.
gun crimes are actually fairly low compared to other crimes,m no reason to punish the people being decent because there's some wackos who so happen to have guns.
i feel like it's more worthwhile to find the people who would commit the crime than the weapon they'd use :) |

You can't really look at someone and assume they are a murderer though.
And you can't proclaim that schizophrenics are gonna kill people or mentally ill people are cause most of them are non violent and would rather harm themselves than other people tbh |

I'm sure those looking to kill people wouldn't pay an overly expensive amount to smugglers to smuggle guns though when it'd be easier and cheaper to go out and get a crowbar or knife |

Whereas with knives you have to provide some proof of your age? Idk I'm not American but in UK you have to provide proof of age to buy knives |
