▬【Section 1: Basic Conduct Rules】▬
- All rules here apply to the Development Team (Designer+). Failure to follow the Rules & Guidelines will result in a punishment.
- All Development Team members (Designer+) must follow every command that the High Ranks (Head of Complaints+) gives.
- Stay active or be removed from your position.
- Show respect to your fellow High Ranks and Developers, along with other Citizens and TRC.
- Don't be greedy for payment.
- Respect other Development Departments. (Designer, Builder, Scripter)
- Do not beg for a High Rank position. Failure to follow will result in removal from the Development Team upon the Head Developer's choice.
- Do not abuse weapons which applies to all High Ranks (Head of Complaints+). Failure to follow will result in instant removal from Development Team.
- Follow all laws of Rockport, this applies to all Development members (Designer+). Failure to follow will result in removal from Development Team.
- Do not use your rank as someone above the law.
- The Development Team is not allowed to help TRC or any Rockport Department while in the cities and on the Development Team.

▬【Section 2: Basic Rank Guide】▬
- Head Developer: First in Command of the Development Team that oversees the whole Development Team and has more access when it comes to projects for TRC and Rockport.
- Deputy Developer: Second in Command of the Development Team, assists the Head Developer in task, and also oversees the Development Team along with the Head developer.
- Department Heads: Consists of 3 Development members that oversee 3 Departments known as Designer, Builder, and Scripter. Each have an amazing ability of Building, Scripting, and/or Designing for their Departments.
- Head of Complaints: Receives all things consisting of bugs, ideas, complaints, and Government bills, and reports it to the Head Developer so it can be fixed. Essentially a Secretary to the Deputy Developer and Head Developer.
- Scripter: Makes basic to advanced scripts and helps with major projects. Also fixes scripting bugs/glitches.
- Builder: Builders who can build at an enhanced level.
- Designer: Designers which knows how to graphic design, make thumbnails, and design building templates for builders.

▬【Section 3: Car Rules】▬
- No playing obnoxious music (anything annoying, religious, idiotic) on the Development Camaro and/or Development Humvee. If you are asked to turn off your music, it’s obviously annoying - turn it off. Failure to follow will result in being blacklisted from the cars or removed from your position.
- No going down to capital without being called by either HLS and/or RNG unless you’re a Government Official, turn around at the “turn here” sign.
- No playing music at all near capital. All music must be turned off when you go past the “turn here” sign.

▬【Section 4: Requirements To Join The Development Team】▬
- Taking the application: http://www.roblox.com/games/113711545/TRC-Rockport-Development-Application
- Asking to get your application checked will result in either an auto fail, or blacklist from Developer depending on how much you ask.
- Your application will be reviewed by an HoC+, you will be messaged if you have passed. Applications are checked either every day, or every other day.
- Applications are closed when the team is full; 10 designers, 10 builders, 10 scripters, 1 HoC, 3 Department Heads.
- Applications may be temp closed by an HoC+ when they are going to review the applications. They will shout when applications are closed to be reviewed. If you were not messaged for passing, you may retake the application once they are opened again.

▬【Section 5: Development Projects】▬
- Projects will not always be paid for, just as a heads up. If you’re in this for the money, might as well not even apply.
- You will be assigned a project, or you can come up with an idea/project and present it to the Development High Ranks (HoC+).

▬【Section 6: End】▬
- If you see any Developers not following any of these guidelines, get proof of that person breaking rules and send it to an HoC+.
- These rules can be edited, changed, and added upon by an HoC+ with the consent of the TRC/Rockport Development Head Developer, FangedKitty.
