Remove join pending status from groups with no owner.

Because there are soooooooooo many good groups out there without owners and nobody can take them because of join pending.

If they leave the group without an owner then there is no owner. Nobody can get the groups ever again if they leave join pending on and leave.

They should keep it, one guy left his group and said he was going to come back so I joined within an hour, locked the group and left, we must have him suffer OP, you're so silly!
