Because you're so interested as to why the RAT TS3 has rules, I'll let you in on the secret. Because of the fact RAT holds such a diverse community, you have to be incredibly careful what you say. If you can't have fun without being disrespectful, then that's entirely your fault. It's not RAT that's become 'strict' is others turning a blind eye towards the rules right in front of them and instead complaining about how they're being oppressed and it's 'unfair' for them. And please don't give me any of that 'it was better when CT owned RAT', because just a bit ago CT and I were having a nice chat and he was quite clear with his approval towards the new moderation. really you don't even need to read the rules about the ts3. as long as you use common sense and understand that there is a line you shouldn't cross, you'll be just fine. i've said some nasty stuff on that ts3, but i don't get moderated because i respect that there is a boundary and i don't overdo it. a rule of thumb is to ask yourself "is this a really stupid thing to say." it's really simple guys.
