I stood back up. I wanted to sleep, but found the need to walk around the city. I hadn't been here in six months. That was the time required for my... changes. |

I hit the streets, my black cloak covering me. I passed by several other night-walkers, both partially mutated, and fully. Humans didn't really resemble humans anymore.
Were we that desperate to survive that we would give up our humanity...?

I passed by someone wearing black cloak. I hadent really seen anyone else wear a cloak before, so I began to follow them. |

I took a casual glance over my shoulder to see another trailing behind me. I abruptly stopped, to see how he would react. I could clearly tell that he was mutated, but in a strange way. |

"How did you get like that?" I asked. "That doesn't seem a standard mutation." |
