As myself (StrawberryMello) and iiSparklymuffinz, we are pleased to have a lot of people working at our café, "MelloMuffin's Café." We put people in different types of ranks on our group homepage and that's the kind of rank where they will remain (unless they ask us to have a rank up). The following ranks below are sectioned in CAPS.
TRAINEE:
A trainee is a new employee where they are being trained by a certified trainer to learn how to be a successful employee. Trainees in our café are taught by greeting customers when the walk in, how to make them feel welcomed, being trained to whatever position they want to be in, etc. Trainees must be dressed into any type of uniform according to their position they want to work in. Once trainees work at our café at least five days, they will be ranked up to any kind of position they want.
SERVER:
A server is an employee in our café where they serve food and drinks to our customers. Servers work at the counters. First, they must greet customers by saying something like, "Welcome to MelloMuffin's Café. My name is (server's name). How may I serve you?" Second, they must give the customer the food and drink they say. Then, they tell the cooks on what to make. Last, they give them the food and drink and they say something like, "Have a nice day," with a happy emoticon at the end.
CERTIFIED SERVER TRAINER:
A certified server trainer is a server that has served customers in our café for at least two to three months. Certified server trainers must do the same thing as a standard server does and train trainees to become a better server. They must teach them how to use grammar, how greet customers walking in, how to give customers their food and drinks, and how to say goodbye to the customers when they leave.
CHEF:
A cook is an employee where they make all types of food and drink. They must follow the recipe and hand them to the server.
CERTIFIED CHEF TRAINER:
A certified chef trainer is a chef that has cooked in our café for at least two to three months. Certified chef trainers must cook and they must train trainees on how to cook.
SECURITY GUARD:
A security guard is one of our administrators where they have to make sure that customers tries not to pass the restricted area (where employees work). Security guards are given admin and they can gear themselves any kind of weapon they need. However, they must use that weapon only if a customer tries to pass the restricted area.
SECUIRTY GUARD TRAINER:
This is a rank where security guards have worked for me and iiSparklymuffinz for at least two to three months. They must do the same thing as a standard security guard does and train trainees on how to become a better security guard.
INTERVIEWER:
An interviewer is one of our administrators where they work at the MelloMuffin's Café Interview Center and interview people who wants to work for us. Interviewers form a line of people who wants a job here and they teleport someone with their admin into their office to ask them questions on why they want to work here, what position they are interested in, and they also give them a three-question quiz about working here. SUPERVISOR:
Supervisors are administrators of this café that can supervise any employee working at their own position. They must evaluate their performance and tell them how they are doing. If an employee is not working on when they are suppose to, they must tell them to get to work. Supervisors can also give employees a ten-minute break when they need it.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
Board of directors are administrators of this café where they have meetings in our office. They will talk to iiSparklymuffiz and I about our business and how all of our employees are doing.
OWNER #2:
The second owner of this place is iiSparklymuffinz. Together we have built this café equally. She has admin on this place to and helps me with everything I need to be successful.
OWNER:
The owner is myself. I make up the rules about our business. I work along with iiSparklymuffinz by building the café and how everybody is doing. We will make sure the café is safe and everybody has a lot of fun. |
