they are 2ic of the clan and usually hold a lot of power and cannot be ruffled with. they usually contribute nothing to the clan and never hold trainings. if they mess up on something huge, they are usually given a +1million chances to rethink of what they've done while if a man did it, they would have been exiled. you are usually popular somehow.
