Hello Kestrel Human Resources Staff!
As it has been discussed, all Human Resources staff is REQUIRED to go to the Home Store for a certain amount of specified time each week. The Kestrel School Season is from September 1st to June 30th. During school weeks, you are expected to attempt to visit the Home Store for at least 2 Hours during the week. When school is off during any vacation, such as Winter Break or Summer Vacation, you will be required to visit the Home Store for at least 3 hours. If you have any conflict with the times provided, please tell any Chief Operations Officer the Thursday prior to the next week so we can work something out for you. On Saturday at 12PM EDT or earlier that day, please send a ROBLOX PM to any COO with how much time you spent at the Home Store during the week. NO SKYPE OR GOOGLE DRIVE REPORTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. All Corporate Officers are EXEMPT. Board Members and Senior Management MUST submit a report. We encourage to spend more than the minimum amount, however the minimum amount is still a good goal. Our goal is to improve activity overall a the Home Store, and we want you to start boosting activity. Feel free to shout to have people come to the Home Store! It is a great communication feature.
Whoever gets the most hours in one week gets their minimum hours for the next week reduced by 15 minutes! 15 minutes can feel like a long time, so make it an effort to try your best. Plus, it is bragging rights for a week. So work hard!
