Fight wise? Kirito, and Asuna can probably smash AOT's cast.
Show Wise? Hate both, but SAO has a better storyline.
Dragon Ball is better than both.

I lost interest in SAO after five episodes, then heard some elitist otaku bashing it for endless plot holes and so-called cheesy romance. The talk kinda drove me away from trying to watch it again, but AoT kept me interested the whole way through.
AoT wins for me.

the SNK manga is pretty dope, i have the first 3 volumes
when i started watching the anime adaptation i had this sorta mindset of "this is gonna be horrible" because the same people who obsess over it it are also in love with Kill La Kill and SAO and Black Butler and garbage like that
but it's pretty faithful to the manga and it's really intense and delivers some awesome action
