Keep in mind this list is ranked according to skill, past work, current work, and relevancy.
1) Thea96: Thea's ability and speed to create weapons is incredible, he is definitely one of the most skilled and accomplished in the clan world. Especially viewing his work from TRA to VOID, he just get's better and better. Not to mention his work for VOID besides the guns, such as the forts, ect. Although this is not where he shines, he's good enough at it to keep him at no.1, in conjunction with his gun building skills.
2) LifeIdler/Felgrim: I couldn't decide who would be better suited for this position, they are both very skilled and known in the clan world. LifeIdler is a very good builder when it comes to weapons, regular builds, ect. He has a unique style that sets him apart from most clan builders. The same goes for Felgrim, his work with VOID and other clans is wonderfully composed and built.
3) Cryptonox/Necrosys/BluGem: They have the same style of building, however, each on manipulates it to make it their own. BluGem has very consistent work for SCR, and forts, ect, that he has sold. Necrosys (my personal favorite), has a way of using the environment to make his work look great, on top of the fact that he is also very skilled in the field. Cryptonox has shown his skill and creativity time and time again through his work for TNI.
4) UncleAli/contraptionist: Although they do not have the most skill of the bunch, they can build some of the most well composed and sensible buildings I've seen. Although they have two distinct styles, they both manipulate them into well composed places.
5) Odissie: Yep, this is the guy who taught me to build, but besides that he has a brilliant mix of composition and skills, the places he made for The Fallen are some of my all-time favorite. He continues to demonstrate this skill with the places he;s built for his latest clan.
6) Resonating: Resonating is a very accomplished clan builder, being one of the few clan builders to be in EBR. This level skill and detail translates over to his clan builds he's made for Frigid, which are top quality. He can also build in many areas including terrain, normal architecture, and weaponry.
7) Bioodborne/Toasterized: Both being very detailed builders, they express a similar genre and style in their buildings, which are very pleasant to the eye, and functional.
8) Natteko: Although he hasn't built much for the clan community, he is a very detailed builder, and builds for free which is very admirable.
9) Vauron: His decent skill and composition has shown in this buildings for ://PISSCOM, a well-rounded builder indeed.
10) ZyphrMagik: pretty good, idk he's pretty good
