Richard drove the police car a few blocks before the engine broke for good. "This is it..." he though "time to call in for repairs." His wife was gonna kill him if he was home late again. He switched on the windsheild wipers to maybe help him see out. He pulled out his phone and saw a figure standing there in front of the car. He was wearing a mask, half of it had a sad face and the other half a happy one. Richard was about to call out the megaphone when the figure drew a gun. The bullet peirced richard's skull before he even had the chance to duck and the gunshot rang through the air as the figure stood there for a second than ran away. His body was found the next morning, water dripping in through the hole in the windsheild...
Welcome to Fergard, a small new england town where the forcast usually contains a fog, or heavy downpour... just perfect for a serial killer hoping to find new targets...
What?: Ok let me explain, I created this after I was inspired after hearing about the upcoming game Heavy Rain, so anyways you can make a charecter and take a career and try to solve the murders/disapearences and stop what's causing them at that time while trying to survive. As a note, people may and probaly will die.

Rules:
Standard rules: First of all, no ubering and being unstoppable, one main theme of this is going to be realism, so not magic. Second no being a hybrid of another type, so no half vampires, were-vamps, or cyborgs. No controlling other charecters in any way unless the creator allows it. Death is PERMANENT!! This means that if you die you will have to create another charecter. And no clones or exact twins. Charecters can get married, but remember... you will have to censor yourself alot.
Now we get on to the rules of races
Vampire rules:
Can be killed if touches sunlight, no extra powerful sunscreen.
Holy objects burn them, and they can't go near churches or they die.
Drinking blood heals them, but it is also mandatory as if they don't over a period they will age twice as fast with drinking blood putting them back to their previous age.
Vampire's have only half teh chance of a success full baby as human's do, this has to do with mixes in blood.
If a vampire is bitten by a were-wolf, he stays a vampire, if a vampire bites a human he/she becoems a vampire.
Werewolf rules:
A werewolf only turns into their wolf form at a full moon.
The wolf form is a huge 8-foot man-wolf with a coat of fur.
Were-wolfs can only be killed by silver.
A werewolf when human suddenly gains a slightly more muscular form when he/she is human.
A werewolf when human also seems suddenly more attractive even though he/she has not changed in apearence thanks to special pheremones. (got it from a werewolf movie I saw on sci-fi)
Villains: Ok, I am going to be using a cast of killers, and no i'm not going to do people like freddy, jason or chucky. When a killer is taken down, another one will take his place as another enemy and will be chosen off a list I will keep updating. Here it is so far:

The origami killer (from heavy rain, but I added some stuff): The origami killer is known to wear disguises and take off before he can be caught. In every one of his murders he has placed a small origami animal, but each one has shown to have no finger prints on it when taken under lab tests.
The virus face killer, "the watcher", and "the side walk" all from the 2 minutes of terror series by wrathsborne on newgrounds. It won't let me post the URL
Well that' all for now.. time to create my own charecter and get this started. |

Bio: After leaving for fengard, after a 2 month time as a police officer in new york. Little did he know it would be even harder. His wife was shot and died a few years ago, a shotgun blast straight through the chest, the doctors said she and their unborn son had no chance in heck of even surviving the night. He still strggles by after each payement...
His only defence against the almost hordes of crazy's that came to the town is a .375 revolver magum that sits in a holster strapped across his chest when he is investigating. |
