Not in USA anymore, but i was in every elite division except MARSOC by the time i retired.
I ended up leaving as SECDEF. The point is, i agree obbies are a necessary part of mastering this games control mechanics, which definetely assists in the use of weaponry and dodging. |

do you know how boring it is to host tryouts now because of no obbies or faces? do you?
there's a few reasons why directors no longer host as many tryouts are before (might be true, might not be. but in my experience this is 100% true)
i honestly think a reason why directors don't host as many tryouts as a while ago are for a few reasons:
no obbies
no faces
all you can really do now is generic gunfighting which gets extremely boring and everyone has to admit that lol
also on how everyone threatens to sue you now for no reason, making directors almost AFRAID to host tryouts.
i can do without faces
i can deal with that suing for no reason part
but it would be better if we did obbies, they were a true part of hosting tryouts just to make tryouts more fun.
there's really no cons to keeping obbies other then randoms who can't jump on a pole and cry about getting kicked for failing them. if you can't jump on a pole/whatever else then you don't deserve to be in that said department, simple as that.
another argument of bringing obbies back is "omg obbies are useless"
no they aren't, let's say your chasing a criminal and you can't aim a tazer (most agencies in a nutshell) and the criminal does something like jump over a few things (maybe cars, house fences, etc.) if your good at obbies you can obviously continue to chase them without failing to jump over a stupid fence (most agencies in a nutshell [2])
this is obviously just a scenario, but it happens a lot more then some people think it might.
so yes, support the removal of the "no obbies" EO
