Abdi, you were never a Sub Kazekage. You were never demoted to academy. The 7th will be replaced by the 8th. The 8th will be replaced by the 9th. The 9th will be replaced by the 10th. The new 10th and 11th will be chosen from the current Sub-Kazekage. You are an academy and a fool expecting free ranks.
