I was banned yesterday, and I was contacting the appeal on a diffrent email, I told ROBLOX my story, suddenly this "Erin" showed up, And she said she could not verify that it was my account, when I HAD THE SAME NAME, WITH ANOTHER NUMBER, What does it matter anyways if you appeal for another user, you make them happy anyways?
Anyways, After I waited tons of days, I got this respond from "Erin" that I could not get unbanned for the first off this is how I viewed it:
1. Your account is not rich with robux so we don't care.
2. Play something else, roblox veteran.
3. I don't really care.
It just pisses me off how I got this "Erin" to respond instead of some mature guy atleast.
Moderators, if you see this, remove "Erin" from the appeal team, she seems to have no idea of what she's doing. |

After my time was over, *7:24 AM* and my account was still not unbanned.
It's 9:10 AM right here, and I tried searching up, and I saw the same times, I do not understand why my account is not unbanned.

Same situation but a few weeks ago, Chris was nice to at least accept my appeal once for an unfair ban and deny it for another because it was just.
But Erin KEEPS declining.

Also what they mean by "The email address you are contacting us from is not an address associated with the account" is that the email you are using is not the same email you used for the account that got banned.

Also, they seldom have actual evidence to back up their reasons.
I was banned roughly six months ago for "account theft," because I was sent poisoned limiteds from a seemingly stolen account.
Because I received the limiteds, ROBLOX theorized that I must have been the one who took the account despite no supporting evidence.
I've talked with multiple people on the appeals team, and none of them seemed to care or were willing to work with me at all. I hope it improves.
