واحد (ONE) If you wish to go to war, due to your own selfishness, there is absolutely no problem with that, as long as you're prepared to go to war, by yourself, and be the only one who suffers any consequences. There is absolutely no point in a battle, which will decide the fate of our empire, due to you getting mad at the other side, for whatever reason. The empire of Kou is very peaceful and we will do all we can to preserve that peace. So why would you would to disrupt the peace and, what's more, bite the hand that fed you? Kou Empire has been EXTREMELY generous to us and you dare pay that generosity with war? Well, here are your consequences, win or lose.
* You will be exiled from the empire you challenged, for wasting their time.
* Our allies will exile you as well, due to their land being in as much danger as ours.
If you use the king's name or put words in the Royal family's mouth, you will be exiled, a rouge and forever alone. Do not use the empire of Kou for selfish matters and not expect a consequence or two.
اثنان (TWO) No killing any of the Kou Empire's, or it's allies, members. The king himself, evaluates everyone's accounts before letting them into the empire, so to kill a member would, essentially, be doubting the king's judgement, hence doubting the whole empire of Kou. If someone is trying to kill you, all you need is a screenshot, or video, and to send the username of the person to the General so that they may be added to the "Exile List", but you are not allowed to kill them if they are in one of the allied empires or the empire of Kou, or you to will be added to that list. There is but one punishment for those who undermine this rule and that is being considered rouge and being exiled, without a trial, by, not only the Kou Empire, but also it's allies. With that, you truly become a rouge, and are all alone forever.
ثلاثة (THREE) Help everyone who is in need of assistance so that they may help other members of the Kou empire. If the person that you help goes on to helping one person then that person helps another then, before you know it, everyone is helping everyone in the kingdom then the the Kou Empire become more fierce and stronger! If you would think about the outcome of your actions you would see that becoming strong, as a single player is worthless, if everyone else is weak, but becoming strong as a whole would make the Kou empire feared and respected even more.
أربعة (FOUR) Do not send any of the royal family messages, regarding ranked up, due to their being no need. The king nor will the royal family rank you up without evaluating your abilities, not just in strength, but also in maturity and wisdom. We see and hear everything that there is to hear, so that we can improve the empire significantly. The punishment for disobeying this rule is becoming blocked by the royal family.
