Pretty sure after a while they delete the accounts from the database so new usernames can be used. Unless they are like google and only have 1 username used per person per lifetime. |

This could be abused by *ROBLOX*- they might give out bans more easily to get $.
Also, say someone scammed someone $300 and unterminates his acc for $200. They could do that indefinitely, as long as the profit > termination removal fee.

But paying to get the account unbanned could result on a huge money waste, therefore most people will create a new account, rather then paying.
