Every time I check the comment section of an item I always see this one guy who repeatedly posts the same comment every 30 mins and he is ruining the comment section.

They're not allowed, but it's an awful lot of effort and will require lots and lots of attention for ROBLOX to truly prove it's a bot, hence their usual lack of reaction to them.
