I didn't do anything bad with my computer.. I've scanned my computer. No viruses. And I've checked my graphics card, it has 998 mb of 1024 mb And I've deleted all my games on my PC

Can you give me the specs of your computer, including the OS name, and wether it is a desktop or a laptop.

It's a Medion Akoya (P sometimes idk I forgot) but it is a desktop (not a laptop) and I got a update from NVIDIA and I need to update my driver? Must I do that or not?

Hm, it seems you have somewhat decent specs. Updating your driver should help. Do note your screen will blink a few times after it's updated. I also highly recommend upgrading to Windows 10. It's free. Anyhow, please delete anything you don't need that's in your Downloads folder, and also press the Windows logo key and R key (at the same time) and type %temp% then press Enter. Press Ctrl and A (at the same time) and then press Shift and Delete (at the same time). Also, how many space left do you have in your hard drive partition?

Almost forgot, on the %temp% thing, make sure you click the file list thingy first then press Ctrl and A (at the same time) and so on.

I tried to update Windows 10. But my PC was lagging very badly and it took me to load the desktop screen for 15 minutes... and I turned back to Windows 8.1

Computers cannot lag, their frames are low. Just close things in the background and only let roblox run. It should help, if that doesn't lower the graphic settings.

Um, it is 100% safe to delete everything in Temp. It's just temporary files that USED to be used by an application.

Has your PC's graphic card ever crashed? The all-of-a-sudden framedrop could be caused due to a slightly damaged graphics card.
