Hm, it seems you have somewhat decent specs.
Updating your driver should help. Do note your screen will blink a few times after it's updated. I also highly recommend upgrading to Windows 10. It's free.
Anyhow, please delete anything you don't need that's in your Downloads folder, and also press the Windows logo key and R key (at the same time) and type %temp% then press Enter. Press Ctrl and A (at the same time) and then press Shift and Delete (at the same time).
Also, how many space left do you have in your hard drive partition? |

Almost forgot, on the %temp% thing, make sure you click the file list thingy first then press Ctrl and A (at the same time) and so on. |

Computers cannot lag, their frames are low. Just close things in the background and only let roblox run. It should help, if that doesn't lower the graphic settings. |

Um, it is 100% safe to delete everything in Temp.
It's just temporary files that USED to be used by an application. |
