Empty Cutoff is just the percentage of a cubic stud that has to be covered up to be considered a filled up space
like for example 0.5 would be 50%
so 50% of a cubic stud (1x1x1) would have to be filled up to be considered a full spot |

But something as like 0.1% would make almost every cubic stud with anything inside of it at all be considered a filled space |
