I just heavily doubt it will happen, roblox's primary audience would have no idea how to install roblox with a .deb file, even though for people who use it regularly, its easy.

Once they put it on ubuntu they don't have to do it for other distros because the Ubuntu community can program it for other distros themselves. Thats what you uneducated pople don't understand. |

Yeah, roblox isnt open source, they wont let many of its core components be accessible at all.
Also, its not that easy to convert an entire program from .deb to RPM or other systems.
Linux isnt just Ubuntu, theres hundreds of different distros and the top most popular are all very, very different. |

ROBLOX can be installed through wine, but sadly I don't see it coming to ubuntu fully.

One, I don't know where you got this from, but i'm very clearly not mad.
Two, Ubuntu is NOT a dead OS. Again, I don't know where you heard this but you were obviously given misinformation by somebody with a hate-hard-on for Linux. It's the most popular and easy to use Linux system there is. |

IF roblox were to come to linux, it would have to go entirely open-source, which wouldnt happen because the engine they use is not free software, like Lua.
Linux is fairly popular, but Ubuntu only makes up a small part of it. And we're talking about 5% of home computer users use linux, and about 40% of those people use Ubuntu.
So you have a really small population of people here. And roblox isnt going to spend the time, money and effort on a roblox client for ubuntu, when they can improve the game for windows and mac users.
While i would love to see it, its sadly just not going to happen. |

That list was definitely made to throw people off.
It had a bunch of operating systems which are meant for smart TV's, which cant handle roblox. And for some which are just for dedicated network distribution, like ISP servers and stuff.
Along with GeOS, just google GeOS in images and tell me that can run Roblox. |
