honestly, I doubt many artists care about a single pirate. It's more of the majority. A single pirate is just "part of the problem," not the problem itself. Unless the government wants to go on a massive genocidal onslaught and get rid of all pirates, the problem remains. And the artist doesn't even get all of the money, most likely their label or something else gets most of the profit. People act like piracy is the worst crime ever, and disregard how little it does.
