Venezian Insider (Lite) - 1:5 - September, 2015
-Riddle of the Month-
You have a large gathering with everyone in your city. People are thirsty, but each wants a different amount of punch. The first person wants ½ cup of water. The next wants 1/4th cup. The next 1/8th, the next 1/16th, and this same pattern continues for everyone. How many total (measurement) cups of water are needed to quench everyone’s thirst?

******Periphoral******
FEAR Major Periphoral (BigBaboonBoy) has done tons for FEAR in the past month. For starters, he’s a lead builder as an ATC intern working on a minigame project. His building is top notch. He’s also an active member going through FMA and has hosted many trainings for FEAR. Finally, he’s now a RF trooper who has helped lead FEAR to numerous victories at A2.
-The New Era-
RAT has a word to describe themselves: Big. VAK hs a word to describe themselves: enduring. UCR has a phrase to describe themselves: The People’s Clan. This is something FEAR is lacking. Once upon a time we were known for our size, but we’d be living in the past if we still believed this. RAT’s massive ad campaign rushed them to 200k members. A few months later, ROBLOX changed the group search so that groups were not advertised by size. Because of this, virtually all group recruitment was halted. Now we're at a time where FEAR desperately needs an identity. After months of work, HCOM is happy to introduce “The New Era.” When someone thinks of FEAR, soon, they will think of the future. A title doesn’t give the clan the identity, though. It’s what’s created from the direction the title gives. FEAR will be following on six pillars when advancing the clan. These pillars are advancement, voice, technology, activity, transparency, and teamwork. In the upcoming HCOM meetings. discussions on how to uphold these pillars will be had. The upholding of these pillars are what will keep people in FEAR, but they are also going to be used in a future ad campaign. This campaign will help fix the problem of the stunted growth of new members. One last thing that the New Era includes in brand new lore. There are now new regions with new background stories and a new storyline. Future newsletters will have lore included in them! Hopefully this new initiative will truly blast FEAR into a new, golden, dominant era.

-Preparing for War-
The War Department, led by Aceslayer13 and the War Council (Nacawesome, Sickthunderkiller, iMcm99, Devinzeth, Alkeides, and Johnsnic333) haved asked for more applicants into the War Department. We need more Scouts and Offensive/Defensive leaders. The requirement is being Major+, and Offensive/Defensive leader positions are invitation only. Show the War Department you are worthy of being a leader by leading winning defenses at Alianor II and get raid wins on other clans. We will notice! Do this and there is a very good chance you will be invited! Scout applications are found in the citations. Scouts hold the very important job of Scouting clans we are thinking of going to war with. Scouts are expected to give detailed reports of the clan and their base(s). Please consider applying for being a scout, the War Department reads and considers all candidates!

-A New System-
FEAR has an incredible dev team. Billydodo13 and SHADOW are two of the best builders on ROBLOX, SHADOW is an incredible GUI designer, and a variety of scripters have made some incredibly complex products. One thing that has plagued ATC, however, is is completion. A lot of projects have been left unfinished, many relatively close to being done. This will hopefully soon change, however, with an upcoming overhaul of technology. Three big projects are nearing completion in FEAR: A database, training facility, and base. The database is planned to do more than any other database in the clan world. With the switch to a point system, members won’t have to rely on trainings to rank up. KDRs, defending, and activity will all be ways of gaining points in this upcoming system. The database will also let members check their history of the clan and read the newsletter. Moving gears, not much is known about the new training facility, Disciplinia II. It is currently on wonuf’s profile, however how it will run is shrouded in mystery. All that is known is that it will be heavily integrated with the database and a custom, more secure admin will be used. Finally, Azura will be coming out. Azura will also be heavily integrated with the database, giving members points for kills, patrollingfor certain amounts of time, etc. Members will not be able to farm points by simply standing at the fort afk. Azura will not be as advanced as Alianor III, but will be smooth and original.

-Sleet is ‘Leet-
Not long ago, Sleet Clan was temporarily shut down. The reason for this shutdown was the leader- OwneD1991, feeling he could no longer manage the clan activity wise. He felt that no one else at the time could manage the clan properly, so he temporarily shut it down as you’d assume. Many people exclaimed that IntenseSnows (a high rank within SC) should have been given the group, leading into many debates. Clans like VOID and FC offered refuge for any SC members wishing to join a new clan. On the contrary, times have changed. Sleet Clan is now working up its return in the clan world. The clan now is starting up with events hosted daily, and OwneD is getting the group up and running again. We wish him the best of luck, and plan to help and work with him.
