1. Every person who will not observe, acknowledge, or follow the orders of his or her superior officer, or refuses to honor an officer or superior by the use of the titles "Sir" or "Ma'am". All persons so offending, and being convicted thereof by the sentence of court martial shall be exiled. 2. Any person who, upon any pretense whatsoever, assumes the rank or wears the uniform of a rank or rate superior to the one currently held for the purposes of misleading, corrupting, or otherwise disrupting the judgement of others. All persons so offending and being convicted thereof by sentence of court martial shall be exiled. 3. If any officer, soldier, or mariner in or belonging to the fleet shall through cowardice or negligence refuse to fight any enemy, all persons so offending and being convicted thereof by sentence of court martial shall be exiled. 4. If any officer, soldier, or mariner in or belonging to the fleet shall render him or herself, his or her ship, sword, crew, or command to any enemy under any pretense or for any reason whatsoever, all persons so offending and being convicted thereof by sentence of court martial shall be exiled. 5. If any officer, soldier, or mariner in or belonging to the fleet shall strike, attempt to strike, or threaten his or her lawful superior, all persons so offending and being convicted thereof by sentence of court martial shall be exiled. 6. If any officer, soldier, or mariner in or belonging to the fleet shall desert or entice others to do so, all persons so offending and being convicted thereof by sentence of court martial shall be exiled. 7. If any officer, soldier, or mariner in or belonging to the fleet shall make, endeavor to make, or conceal any mutinous designs or assemblies upon any pretense whatsoever, all persons so offending and being found guilty by sentence of court martial shall be exiled. 8. Any mariner, officer, or soldier of His Majesty's Navy being accused beyond reasonable doubt of aiding the enemy by the use of espionage, sabotage, or other malicious acts. All persons so offending and being convicted thereof by sentence of court martial shall be exiled. 9. If any person in or on one of HM Vessels of War should attempt to cause quarrel between him or herself and a member of equal or lower rank, all persons so offending and being convicted thereof by sentence of court martial shall find themselves liable to demotion. 10. If any person in or on one of HM Vessels of War should cause unlawful and/or unnecessary deliberate destruction of naval property, or destruction as a result of negligence, all persons so offending and being convicted thereof by sentence of court martial shall find themselves liable to demotion. 11. If any person in or on one of HM Vessels of War shall negligently perform the duty imposed upon him or herself, all persons so offending and being convicted thereof by sentence of court martial shall find themselves liable to demotion. 12. All murders committed by any person in or related to the fleet shall be punished with exile by the sentence of a court martial. 13. No mariner, officer, or soldier of His Majesty's Navy shall refuse to accept the surrender or parole of defeated enemies, unless those enemies are suspected (beyond reasonable doubt) of espionage or piracy. Refusal to do so will result in demotion, or such less punishment as a court of inquiry sees fit to impose. 14. If any person of any rank shall be convicted by sentence of court martial of discrimination based on age, gender, orientation, mental efficacy, disability, race, religion, or origin, all persons so offending and being convicted thereof by sentence of court martial shall be dishonorably dismissed from His Majesty's Service. 15. All other crimes not capital committed by any person or persons in the fleet, which are not mentioned in this act, or for which no punishment is directed to be inflicted, shall be handled by the laws and customs used at sea.
