So, recently, I was browsing through the front page. And I realised the front page isn't that "clean". Some games listed have "extras" on their name, like "beta" or version numbers. Which got me thinking...
I think ROBLOX should be more professional, and putting [NEW] or [UPDATE] in the name won't really help. I think their should be an "announcement" bar at the top of game.
The announcement bar would sit just on top of the game icon or at the very top of the game icon. It would hold things like "V0.6" or "NEW GLIDERS". And won't disturb the game name. Announcements could be displayed on the game page right above the game name too. So there's more coverage.
Too Long; Don't Read: Add a new announcement bar which shows things like "UPDATE" or "V0.6".
Please provide your feedback for this idea, good or bad.

Joking aside, it's an alright idea. I can see the use, but can't really see the need. |

It's to improve professionalism in ROBLOX. We already have a small space for game names, and if we constantly put the "extra" things in them, they get cut off. And new players might ignore them, but the game could be really good. |

I suppose I'll have to agree, considering I supported this thread that has similar concerns that the whole tile can not be read. I suppose something needs to happen, regardless.

But then for all I know, the announcement bar itself can only be so big, so you could only fit so much in it. |

It would be designed for "quick" notes like UPDATE V0.6, more information could be displayed on the game's page. |

A lot of games have just gotten updates, and their names have been invaded by UPDATE or something of the sort. Let's change that!
