If we're going for horrific attacks in video games.
The bit where the Korean soliders get hit by the white-phosphorus mortar shell in Homefront is pretty awful.
Then again, I just hate seeing people die due to fire.
Also, implying turbulence in MW3 was bad.

Seeing Emile get shot at dawn for not liking the Nivelle Offensive and killing his CO was pretty horrific, I cried a bit there
