I would like to add one more point. We need both weaponry clans to stop segregating themselves. That is another reason why many clans are dying, because sword clans are afraid to lose at forts containing guns, and vice versa. Isn't the experience you encounter with your clan and comrades matter the most? These are just my thoughts. |

There are many more reasons on why the sword fighting community died.
Idiots mainly. Idiots like Nick. Lets just cut it short to that, I don't want to rant about the crap he's done to me and my clan, but yeah...
SF itself is a rather bland, boring type of fighting in my opinion. It may be fun at first, but I have noticed over time, I lost interest, as well as many others.
This is why Hybrid clans are becoming more and more prominent (not that they never were.)
I've moved on, but there will always be an SF community. It's just that its full of those type of people. They won't move on, accept the reality, they just stick to what they do best. Then what have they accomplished?

I also agree with the statement towards dropping the meadows.
Don't drop it entirely - but the SF community needs to improvise and use something other than meadows. To me, this isn't just making your meadows a Holo. But making a holo, and putting a meadows in it with a dozen more maps. 'Programs'. Programs such as raid simulation, capture the flag, and other things which the SF community never properly utilized.

The creation of new maps would spark innovation. Innovation would help the sword-fighting community immensely. |

Innovation is something the whole clan community lacks. This is due to roblox.
How can we have a breakthrough in clan technology? Pretty much everything has been accomplished that can be on ROBLOX. Anyone can make a database, a holo, anything. Its not about being unique anymore, everything is generic.
This was also the case for the SF community. But, the SF community lacks 'innovation' that the rest of the clan community have. It is extremely easy to make a SF clan. Get the default LinkedSword off of fms, get a meadows (from fms). Boom. SF clan created. No one strives for best technology. It's just the fight over activity and member count...

I admit, I hate Nick. SCR as a group - I'm fine with.
They had technology unique to the SF clan community, yes. But to the rest of ROBLOX it was pretty standard technology. Sure, the grapple thing was pretty cool. But no one really liked to use it..

Spectrum Security also had exceptional technology. My main points of the cause for the decline of the community are the decrease of innovation, segregation of both swords and guns, fear of losing, and failure to move on with new times. |
