Prostitution, robbery and dozens of other crimes in GTA V? Teaches kids about how serious the real world is. Complex organized crime in Payday 2? It influences an analytical personality! Extreme violence in God of War? That game teaches kids about mythology. Red blocks in a voxel-based game for kids? EVERYONE GET TO COVER, WE'RE NUKING THIS GAME!

Cartoon, or little blood is fine according to ROBLOX. Realistic, or a lot of blood and gore are not allowed. Case closed. 1197|1107|1089|1152|1035|1206|1215|1188|1071

Scientifically proven fact: Children above age 8 are not affected by bad games. No parent knows this though...

@Maxom It's not very common to see someone with an ranged weapon driving some sort of Bugatti and aiming at people with it. It's just sad to see these things. And criminals won't last even 2 minutes if you were to do a loud attempt in a jewelry store with a federal organization that has access to military utilities. (Talk about violence) A game based on mythical creatures won't teach anyone at all but a bunch of violence. It's one of fantasy's attributes. ✖ Delete post

Yeah, because Bygesoft Studio's Hell Creek game is DEFINANTLY going to influence kids to be violent. This would ruin so many games that aren't just FPS and Murder games.

Kids AND teens. I think you mean that Roblox should have a system where kids won't have access to those type of games but deleting them? No, just no.

No support. Reasons: °These are the most popular genres on Roblox, and people seem to love them, developers get paid, everyone is happy. °Roblox, even of it has a gory game, it is still not realistic. Blood is literally CylinderMeshes colored in bright red. °Everyone is mature enough to know that these things are dangerous in real life. °I would not call Roblox a 'kids' game anymore. Wait for 2016 and you will see Roblox filled with bloody games. My account got kicked for 3 days, this is my alt, that's why I look like a noob.

How do you explain Minecraft? The game is played by a crap ton of people, and it ruins kids childhoods. It has no gore.

Minecraft has violence, and Story Mode (made partially by mojang) has even more violence and mild language but not straight out cussing

As long as Minecraft has no broken legs with a bone popping out or your veins hanging off your neck with scars all over your face after a sword fight, I'm fine with it. I most likely will be fine even if it DOES have that kind of stuff because it's pixelated so much. ROBLOX has a different engine with much more possibilities than just command blocks and pixels. ROBLOX has a built-in LUA engine that allows a user to do almost anything with a few lines of coding. ROBLOX even has something called meshes. Meshes are blocks that have been shaped to a very specific object, allowing you to create many different things. And as I said for an example; mouthing words to someone else? They will most likely understand. You DEFINITELY understand what's going on in these murder games that have been coming around lately. And to tell you the truth, it's not a knife being thrown at someone before being turned into a ragdoll; it's the thought that counts. ✖ Delete post

Guys, gta is not meant to teach kids about the darkness of the real world, it is meant to give entertainment, which may be violent. God of war, teaches kids about mythology, but is still very violent (plus it doesn't even teach much about mythology. I don't think that this is a great idea from the owner of this thread, but you can't say that violent video games don't affect kid's behavior. I have noticed that when ever kids do play and watch violent stuff, they will, most of the time, turn out different that the other kids. I am known for having a dark mind in my school, but even then, the innocence of children can get decreased by playing violent video games to everyone around you, of course it does depend on the kid, but that does not mean that 10 year olds should be playing gta. There is also more to that, that I will point out. Asco, I do agree that E and T games should be fine, I like your judgement on what games are appropriate or not, but I do not see what is so bad about roblox. Sometimes, with shows like "Lost" that may have some violence, it gets decreased depending on if they are making it violent to enhance the story line, or to just add violence to the show for no particular purpose, same goes with video games.
