On the date of 10/10/2015, TSE and X-SOV engage in a war with each other. TSE personally hoped for a clean fight with X-SOV, but unfortunately that didn't happen. TSE decided to make the first move by raiding them, and when we got to their fort with roughly around 17 Sarcians, they kept getting kicked by either a 2nd admin or an exploiter. We also suspected that X-SOV had extra health, but we aren't sure of it.

If I were to disconnect from the game, then it would say: "You have lost connection from the game." But it didn't say that and I suspected that it was a kick.
All in all, The Sarcius Empire is victorious over X-SOV with the score of 2-0 in our favor.

A win like this isn't really a win, if you're gonna have a war, see it through, people are way too happy to have a win. You should work with him to keep the war going, since almost everyone complains about declined wars, try to keep wars going. >.> |

This isn't a surrender, it's them pulling out and you declaring an auto win. Regardless of it being justified or not, it is not a surrender, XS could have had tons of reasons they didn't want to continue fighting, you're just going by your biased view points.
I don't care if a win is declared or not, but when you have tons of 'sword leaders' complaining about wars, then don't have any interest in finishing a war or trying to figure a solution, it really just makes it a bunch of complaining instead of problem solving. Not speaking on TSE's leader specifically, but in general.
