I've been frame skipping every 3 seconds, every match for the past week and a half, and been getting 10-30 frames. I've deranked like 3 times now.

it's usually a result of bad connection/ping trust me this happened to me so many times in TF2 it made me quit :(

@Julius Yes, but if it skips around constantly, it's hard to play, because it's not consistent. @Gannex IK, I could build a totally new PC with a Titan, but too much money. ;p
