Until you realize how this is flawed in any way possible, what if somebody is standing up for a 3.0 that bullied a friend of that person, let's call the "somebody" Bob and his friend "Larry". (Veggietales reference)
The bully could report Bob and get him warned, or hell, even banned.
and the 3.0 could bully Larry even more.
When the ban is lifted, the bully could report Bob even more, until he's terminated.
PS. I like to call bullies "Bigots"

a reason (not very good, admittedly) for people bullying 3.0s could be because of the 3.0's lazyness or lack of knowledge of free 1.0

If you don't want to be bullied for using 3.0, then don't using 3.0. It's your fault if you get bullied for it, because you chose to. When you use it, you're accepting the fact that people can bully you for it. |

We don't hate it, its just gonna get ROBLOX to be sued. This package is too relatable to the LEGO character. Banning is also not necessary. These consequences are not necessary and the bullying population should just have no username list and chat for under 13+ people. This dating situation barely happens, too, so we can just leave reporting for 13+ people.

When I look at a 3.0, 99% of the time I'm going to think 'oh god what is that burn it with fire!' because that's just how ugly it is, it's not someones fault for acting exactly how they feel, because most 3.0's are noobs we treat them that way, trolling a noob is natural, through my eyes at least.
By banning the ones that troll the noobs, you're just going to make the community worse in the long run, where as getting rid of an ugly appearance will improve it.
So.. what I'm trying to say? well..
